Weekends have become a relentless slog through chores.  After a day spent grocery shopping, bill paying, and phone call making I’m almost looking forward to tomorrow’s campaign work commitment.

As you may be able to tell, I have successfully changed the header on the blog.  This is a picture my younger son (he’s 21) snapped in an alley in our Chicago neighborhood.   Obviously, someone else in the neighborhood was excited about the release of the final Harry Potter!
